Just Like The Snow
Read this week's Sunday Evening Edition for inspiration, updates, and encouraging recaps from Pastor Kerrick.
Happy Sunday!
I hope that you had a wonderful weekend! As we enjoyed our snow day in Georgia on Friday, I was reminded of a Scripture in the Old Testament.
Isaiah 55:10-11 (NLT) says, “The rain and snow come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to water the earth. They cause the grain to grow, producing seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry. It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it.”
What God has spoken to you will come to pass. Don’t doubt it. His Word is powerful, He has great plans for your life, and He wants you to thrive in 2025! In order to thrive, you must examine the condition of your heart.
In today’s Faith Experience, we shared about the importance of developing a merry and noble heart. Jesus shares that our hearts are like storehouses. Since that is the truth, we have to examine what we have been depositing in our hearts. What we consistently put in our hearts will determine the quality of our lives. (Click here to view my notes from today’s message.)
I truly believe that God wants you to thrive this year. Thrive means to flourish, blossom, prosper, advance, make steady progress, and to grow and develop vigorously. We are covering this and how to fulfill your goals for 2025 this month in our Faith in the Morning newsletter and podcast. Stream the podcast and read the newsletter to start your weekdays with faith and encouragement.
