How To Pray For Your Boss
The generous soul will be made rich,
And he who waters will also be watered himself.
As we shared yesterday, actually praying for others is a great way to refresh others while rehydrating your soul. Over the next few blogs, we’ll be sharing how to pray for people in your life that you might forget to pray for. If you have a boss, when’s the last time you prayed for them? Here’s a Scriptural prayer that you should daily pray for your boss:
Father,
I lift up (your boss, supervisor, or manager’s name) to you. I pray for their well being. I pray that they would prosper and be in health as their soul prospers. I pray that they would be healed and healthy physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. (3 John 2) I pray that you would give them wisdom and lead them in their decision making. (James 1:5). I pray that they would have ears to hear You, eyes to see Your plan, and a heart that yields to Your ways. I pray that You send the right person across their path to share with them exactly what they need to hear from You. (Matthew 9:38) I pray that you would protect them, their family, and meet their needs. I pray that you would deliver them from all of the plans of the evil one. (2 Thessalonians 3:2) I thank you for them and I thank you for working in their lives. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Have a great day,
Kerrick
